Dessert??!?!? Yes Please!!

Yesterday in my day of baking I made a yummy Hungry Girl Recipe...I just knew it was going to be good!! I made a wonderful Too-Good-Too-Deny Pumpkin Pie!! With the rain it was a perfect time to make some fall comfort food!!

These are the ingredients to make the healthy crust: Fiber One Bran Cereal, Splenda, Cinnamon, and Butter.

The ingredients for the new and improved pie filling: Splenda, Fat Free Syrup, Fat Free Egg Substitute, 15 ounces Pumpkin, cinnamon, fat free evaporated milk, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

First you combine the crust ingredients, using a food processor, and then smoosh, yes thats a technical term, smoosh the crust into the pie plate....

Combine all the filling ingredients..............

And then pour that beautiful filling into the pie crust and pop it into the oven for 45-55 minutes....

After you let it cool then it needs to go into the fridge overnight! And here it is in all it's glory!!

This pie was amazing!! And it saves you a BUNCH of excess calories and fat....Check out the statistics and the recipe here!! If you like pumpkin pie you really need to make this!!
