So tonight I skipped class and decided to make a new dinner recipe and a new weight watchers dessert recipe!
But for dinner I made these :-)
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 cans olives (I didn't have these)
dash of onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 loaf french bread
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
First you brown the meat and drain! Then combine the meat, onion powder, salt, chili powder, garlic, and cumin! Spread the meat mixture onto the loaf (cut in half) and top with cheese. Then pop into the oven for 10 minutes on 450 degrees!
After it's been in the oven!
TA DA! It was pretty good! Definitely fulfilling and only needed to eat this much! Chuck hasn't eatem yet, he wasn't hungry! But I like it alot and once it has olives and even maybe some lettuce it will be even better!
