Mother of the Blah

Another book down and boy did this one take me FOREVER!! I finished reading Mother of the Bride by Lynn Michaels and boy oh boy was it LAME!!!

When you read the summary it sounds cute, not great by any means but a cute read. Nope this book reminded me of a softer version of a smut novel. They were those moments that were pretty hot and heavy but overall I wouldn't be able to say it's a trashy book. It revolves around a woman named Cydney who has a CRAZY family and the story revolves around her niece's whirlwind wedding.

I can't even begin to really summarize the story or it's odd ball characters cause I don't want to get anyone interested enough to get this book. Seriously DO NOT READ THIS BOOK! It was poorly written, the story lacked substance, and honestly I couldn't get a really good picture of ANY character.

Overall grade is a F, wish I hadn't wasted time.
